REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Refund requests made more than 14 days before the event will be processed minus a £5 administration fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

TRANSFERS

Ticket transfers to another person are permitted up to 7 days before the event. To transfer your ticket, email us at [email protected] with the original booking details and the new attendee's information.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If HiiPE cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event at no additional cost. HiiPE is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs in the event of a cancellation.
